GRAINS: Rye, Barley, Buckwheat, Corn, Durum Wheat, Millet, Oat, Rice, and Wheat
DAIRY FOODS: Cow Milk, Egg, Goat Milk, and Sheep Milk.
MEATS: Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Pork, Turkey, and Venison.
FISH: Cod, Crab, Herring, Mackerel, Mussels, Plaice, Prawn, Salmon, Sole, Trout, and Tuna.
VEGETABLES: Aubergine, Avocado, Beetroot, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrot, Cauliflower, Celery, Chicory, Cucumber, Leek, Lentil, Lettuce, Onion, Peas, Peppers, Potato, Sunflower Seeds, and Tomato (yes, I know it’s a fruit but it is treated like a vegetable).

I was hoping that you may be able to help me with weight loss (I have PCOS) and also wondering if there’s anything that can be done to increase milk supply- I have a 3 month old and have struggled with my supply ever since I had her.
